Return Policy

1. Refund

Refund is available only for Urban Essentials Footwear & for one time only.

You can claim for refund within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order

Refund will be sanctioned only if returned product matches following 

    • footwear must be unworn/unused and in its original condition
    • footwear must be returned in its original box and packaging
    • The Customer should provide the original copy of Invoice

You can claim for refund only if:

    • You are not satisfied with the quality of the product
    • You received the wrong order
    • The replacement item is not available
1.1 Shipping

Footwear for the return would only be picked up from the original shipping address as mentioned in the Invoice

Shipping cost (of shoe return) will be debited from the refund amount

Refund is always processed using the original payment method at the time of purchase and processed within 7-10 business days after our online returns team receives the goods. Processing times may be longer in some instances.

 

2. Exchange

Exchange is available for both Urban Essentials & Yaar Footwear

Exchange is available for one time only

You can claim for exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.

The exchange will be sanctioned only if returned product meets the following criteria: 

    • footwear must be unworn/unused and in its original condition
    • footwear must be returned in its original box and packaging
    • The Customer should provide the original copy of Invoice

You can claim for exchange only if:

    • Shoe size runs larger/smaller for your feet

Footwear for the return would only be picked up from the original shipping address as mentioned in the Invoice

2.1 Shipping

Urban Essentials: No shipping cost for exchanging the product

Yaar- The Farmer shoe: Customer has to pay for both side shipment

Footwear for the return would only be picked up from the original shipping address as mentioned in the Invoice

The amount will be refunded if the replacement pair is not available. Please refer refund section for details.

The exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days after our online returns team receives the goods. Processing times may be longer in some instances.

 

3. Cancelling/amending an order by Customer:

Once the order is placed, we are unable to make amendments or cancellations. However, if you call our customer care number: 9381343506 or email: care@earthentunes.in immediately after placing your order, if your items have not been dispatched, we can attempt to make amendments or cancellations (this option is unavailable out of business hours).

 

4. Cancellation by Earthen Tunes Pvt Ltd

Please note that there may be certain orders that we might be unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations of quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account. The Customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Earthen Tunes Pvt Ltd and accepts Earthen Tunes Pvt Ltd decision regarding the cancellation.
